General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the u8bd platform and all its services. By visiting the u8bd website (https://u8bd.cam), opening an account, or using any gaming service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

u8bd is an online gaming platform that offers users in Bangladesh a variety of entertainment gaming experiences including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep user data secure and to ensure fair play.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the u8bd platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

2.2 Registration Conditions

At the time of registration, you must confirm the following:

• You are operating a single account in your own name.
• You do not reside in an area where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
• You have never previously been banned by u8bd.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

u8bd may at any time request a user's national identity card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Accounts registered with false identities will be closed and all funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and all such accounts will be closed. If multiple members of a household use the same device or internet connection, please inform the support team in advance.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into u8bd:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — this applies equally to all payment methods. Deposited funds must come from your own registered payment account. Deposits made in a third party's name are prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where possible).
• Withdrawals will be held if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
• Additional time may be required if a security check is needed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). u8bd does not accept transactions in any other currency.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of u8bd will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳25,000 before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — see the offer page for details.
• If a bonus is used fraudulently, the account will be closed.
• The same bonus cannot be used more than once.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• u8bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

The u8bd VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Cashback is added to the designated balance every Monday and is withdrawable.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Description of Gaming Services

The u8bd platform hosts games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All games are operated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and transparent results.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game (internet disconnection, server downtime), u8bd will make decisions based on information stored in the logs. The result recorded on the provider's server will be considered final.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on various international cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the original stake will be returned.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
• Creating multiple accounts or having a third party operate an account on your behalf.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Using computer programs or bots to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Using the u8bd name or brand to mislead third parties.

If any suspicious activity is detected, the u8bd authorities may suspend the account until an investigation is completed.

u8bd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Account Closure (at the user's request)

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Before closing, please make sure to withdraw your available balance, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

11.3 Account Termination (by u8bd)

In the event of a breach of terms, u8bd may terminate an account without notice. A decision on whether to return or forfeit the balance will be made based on the nature and severity of the breach.
